International Women’s Day 2021

International Women’s Day first started back in 1911, and is now a global celebration of the achievements of women, in all areas of day-to-day life from politics to economics. The day is also a time to fundraise for women’s charities, raise awareness of women’s equality, and battle the differences between men and women in the modern-day.

This year’s theme is taking a look at what we choose to challenge in today’s society. Choosing to call out gender bias and inequality and making change helps to overall create a more inclusive world. At WSA, we wanted to get involved and we got to thinking, what would we like to challenge in 2021? Find out what some of our women in our WSA office had to say…
