How have your first few weeks at WSA been?

The first few weeks at WSA has been enjoyable, the team has been very welcoming and very friendly. My induction weeks was very structured and organised. It is nice because I never experienced anything like it at my previous companies. The team really does live and breathe the company values and it is clear in their approachability and communication styles.

I am grateful to have joined an amazing company during a challenging time and it just shows how serious WSA is about providing businesses with more support in the digital world.

What’s your area of expertise and what makes you successful in this market?

My area of expertise is digital marketing, technology and strategy. I also have a passion for people, being around them, learning about them and helping them. I love helping people, listening and caring about others has always been a trait of mine. I’m also not one to be comfortable so I am always looking at new ideas and room for growth, development and improvement.

The opportunity to work with others in the digital space excites me as I will be able to share my experience that I’ve gained in different fields in events, public speaking, e-commerce, paid advertising, audio, video, systems & automation will provide others with more insight & possibilities to navigate the digital world.

What attracted you to join WSA?

Being surrounded by skilled practitioners and creatives that are passionate about their craft and to improve client businesses. Being able to join a team that wants to create shared successes for the clients was a big factor. I have always wanted to join a team of expert professionals that shared similar values as well as looking good in pink. 😉

What projects have you been involved in since you started?

I have been looking at our current client base with their digital strengths and weaknesses, areas that we will able to support them with and creating bespoke digital strategy plans to help them navigate and grow in the digital space.

I am also currently looking at the current in-house systems and processes, what we can do to smooth out better communications between the systems so that it reduces any manual activities that could help the team and WSA to become more efficient.

What goals would you like to achieve in the next 12 months?

Help grow and expand the team with more specialists so that we could help support our clients in other areas of the digital space.

To be able to help our clients settle and grow in the digital space as well as creating powerful partnerships. Supporting our clients with the planning and implementation of their digital strategies to achieve their business visions.

What makes you laugh out loud?

Memes and Comedy 😊

Finally, tell us an interesting yet little-known fact about you!

Jumped off the world’s highest bungy in Macau for fun…(other adrenaline activity suggestions are welcome 😉)
