At the start of a journey we tend to keep the end in mind. By contrast, when it comes to our careers, which are largely subject to change, we tend to reflect on the starting point and plan from there.
Some people follow a direct career path from A to B. While for others, there’s a myriad of avenues and turns providing different opportunities which can sometimes lead to a change in direction.
At WSA, we focus on helping our people to move forward in a direction which makes sense for them on the superhighway of their career. It’s this approach that’s resulted in some recent promotions, which we’re delighted to announce!
Roddy Clenaghan – our new Creative Consultant
Roddy’s very proud of his 40 years’ worth of experience in the creative industries.
A lot of our business is about vision and at this stage in my life, I’ve got this in abundance. It’s an honour to be shown the faith and the trust to use that experience and vision to WSA’s benefit.
Roddy Clenaghan – Creative Consultant, WSA
In his role, Roddy will be heavily involved in developing new business as well as taking the lead on innovative and strategic projects.
Joe Cuffaro – our new PR & Marketing Account Director
Joe joined WSA looking for a chance to prove himself.
After two years in the Advertising Department, his love of the written word led to his move to the PR and Marketing team. Some of Joe’s notable PR successes include writing the script for a national radio advert and extensive coverage across the BBC’s channels.
My development from account executive to account manager, and now account director proves beyond doubt that WSA is a great place to learn, progress and advance your career. I’ve grown with the company and am thankful to all of my talented colleagues who have inspired me along the way.
Joe Cuffaro – PR & Marketing Account Director, WSA
Joe will continue to produce the engaging copy he’s well-known for and take on more responsibility for strategic account development. He will also manage the team’s new PR and Marketing apprentice helping set them off on a similar growth journey to his own.
We’d like to congratulate them both on their new roles. We’re confident that they’ll continue to travel the road to success and wish them the best of luck in reaching their next destination!
