How have your first few weeks at WSA been?
A strange start to life at WSA with the office being closed due to COVID restrictions, but I am getting used to the “new normal” and virtually meeting everyone on Teams. Everyone has been so welcoming and supportive.
I have learnt so much in a very short space of time, it feels like I have been here for months not weeks.
What’s your area of expertise?
I have a very broad knowledge range spanning from Account Management, Business Development, Project Management right through to design, email marketing and even some basic website development. So, this gives me a great understanding of how the whole business and different departments operate.
It also helps me support the team as well as educating clients.
What attracted you to join WSA?
There is a great team culture and the massive variety of work we do, not just in the digital space but design, exhibitions and other projects.
What projects have you been involved in since you started?
I have been involved in training for the new Denbigh Schools website, and lots of process and internal operational projects.
What goals would you like to achieve in the next 12 months?
I would love to help improve the internal systems we use to streamline and improve project management and workflow across the business.
What makes you laugh out loud?
Normally when my little sausage dog finds a sock, lays down and stares at me with the look of “it’s my sock now, if you want it you are going to have to chase me for it”.
Finally, tell us an interesting yet little-known fact about you!
This is a tough one….. When I was growing up my dream was to be on stage in a west end or Broadway musical.
