WSA New Starter Blog – Zoe

Describe your career journey to date –

In the early years of my career, I entered the sales world with a lot of determination. I immersed myself in learning the fundamentals of sales, understanding customer needs, and building relationships. I took advantage of various sales training programs and workshops to sharpen my skills and gain a solid foundation around selling effectively.

As my career when on I started taking on more responsibilities and embracing new challenges. I moved through different industries, including technology, manufacturing & Education, gaining a diverse range of experience. This exposure allowed me to adapt my selling techniques to different markets and customer profiles, expanding my versatility as a sales professional.

Of course, no sales journey is without its challenges. I encountered difficult clients, navigated through market downturns, and faced internal conflicts within my organization. However, I learned to approach these obstacles as opportunities for growth. By adapting my strategies, staying resilient, and continuously learning from my experiences.

As I reflect on this 10-year sales career journey, I am grateful for the experiences and opportunities that have shaped me into the sales professional I am today. I am ready to embrace new challenges, continue growing, and make a lasting impact at WSA Communications.
