Say hello to our new Account Directors!

Every once in a while, I get to do something REALLY special, and last week was one of those occasions. Following an extensive selection centre that included several presentations and interviews, I had the privilege to tell two internal candidates that they had been successful in achieving a promotion to Account Director.

Both Marc Bransgrove and Louise Young put together some amazingly detailed business plans with our people at the very heart of all they have planned. They both clearly demonstrated our core values of agility, affinity, authority, authenticity and approachability.

Marc has demonstrated on numerous occasions his deep understanding of our clients, our business and can regularly be seen discussing additional opportunities with a variety of people across our office. Louise has had a barnstorming start to her tenure here at WSA and has already brought in additional revenue and new clients.

Over the last two years, I have had the privilege to work with a great team here at WSA. Going that extra mile is the norm and it seems that client praise is a daily occurrence. To recognise two people in this way really does validate all that we are doing as a team. Congratulations to you all.

Grace Weight is the Digital Lead at WSA The Communications Agency. Leading on the execution of high value digital campaigns, Grace employs PRINCE2 Agile methodologies and holds multiple Google accreditations. With excellent technical and commercial knowledge, she has experience of working on campaign specification, scheduling and delivery on behalf of the agency’s largest clients. Grace likes writing and reading about content marketing, social media, user experience, digital advertising and developments in the tech world. In her spare time, Grace is a film fanatic, likes cat cuddles and is trying to be a dab-hand at crochet (she can now successfully triple-crochet stitch like a champ).
