The CHALLENGE

A long established attraction based in Devon, Hidden Valley featured a range of puzzles, trails and attractions but needed a unified theme and identity.

With plans to add more attractions and to digitise booking and admissions they briefed WSA to deliver a new look and feel and a website equipped to handle their future plans for the park.

The solution

In the midst of the pandemic launching a new website and brand meant factoring practical requirements for the leisure sector. In other words the client required close control over the number of available timeslots and visitors to comply with regulations.

With a new identity, we implemented distinctive copy, characters, rhymes and designs to create an identity that reflected the unique character of the park with a sense of mystery and fun.

Equipped with a new theme, website and ticketing system, the team at Hidden Valley were able to reduce time spent on administration, increase sales and focus on doing what they do best – creating amazing puzzles and settings.
