The CHALLENGE

Churros Locos approached WSA to support with their brand identity during a strategic change in business operations.

With a popular product they wanted to capture a sense of fun, freshness and quality.

The solution

The team began with the first of our 3M pillars – understanding the Market. We evaluated the type of customer, the competition and the product strengths.

We then moved onto the Message. Creating a brand identity that leant into the origins of the product, the them incorporated colour, language and tone to create an attractive and vibrant style.

Next up was Media. Focusing on the physical experience we created updated packaging in the signature “sombero” style, loyalty cards and large format displays and menus. We also produced new signage for kiosks located in shopping centres around the UK.
