The CHALLENGE

Comprising 3 local healthcare trusts, the brief was to collaboratively produce an effective campaign to recruit Healthcare Support Workers across the region.

With multiple organisations to represent and a broad geography, the campaign needed to deliver both reach and conversions.

The solution

With WSA’s extensive experience of healthcare recruitment marketing we designed a campaign which would reach existing healthcare professionals and increase visibility across passive audiences.

From writing scripts to video and photography, the team created a full suite of creative assets that could be distributed across multiple media formats.

Consistent messaging was deployed across a range of media types including social media, streaming, out of home and leaflet drops. This approach balanced the need for widespread visibility with effective traffic driving activity.
