The CHALLENGE
Specialist healthcare organisation Elysium sought to redefine and communicate their employer value proposition.
They needed a strong brand identity and messaging to stand out in a busy marketplace.
The solution
With designs on reducing staffing agency spend and to increase direct hires and overall employee engagement, we undertook a deep dive into the brand and built a broad reaching campaign to share it.
WSA carried out an in-depth evaluation of the healthcare recruitment and employment marketplace and the drivers for healthcare professionals when researching healthcare employers.
With this understanding, the employer value proposition and creative brand assets were produced.
