Long-standing client Roche asked WSA for new input on their employer brand and messaging. Looking to shed the common assumptions about global pharmaceuticals, Roche was seeking a refreshed approach with a human touch.

The process

WSA proposed a solution that was equal parts qualitative research and multimedia content generation. Coordinating a comprehensive film and photography schedule, the agency spent two weeks on site with the client with video and photo partners conducting personal interviews with members from 10 directorates, looking for the real stories behind the global corporate identity.

The agency delivered a suite of resources that includes hours of footage, a comprehensive photographic image library shot to global brand guidelines, tone of voice guidelines and a content catalogue for employer branding, the brand centres on modern Roche values.
