WSA’s project management team worked with IRRV to organise and execute a calendar of exhibitions, sponsorships, advertising and awards successfully and most importantly, within budget.

Process

The agency assigned a dedicated team to execute a series of events across the year for both public and private sector organisations and individuals. The agency’s role encompassed every aspect of event planning and organisation; from sourcing and surveying venues and locations to advertising, exhibition and sponsorship sales. In addition, the agency produced relevant printed literature, directional signage and sponsorship material. Far from stopping there, the agency arrange the shell scheme and staffed the exhibition and provided logistics support for exhibitors and third-party suppliers. In tandem with theming, designing and marketing the event, the agency provided a full management package.

The outcome

Commercial sales increased by over 500% over the course of six years to reach more than £1million per annum.

WSA organised numerous successful events on behalf of IRRV that created a positive brand experience for event attendees and ultimately contributed to a significant increase in commercial sales.
