The role of Account Executive is 100% office based and they are responsible for the coordination of the processing, booking and billing of all client communication campaigns. They will understand the needs of the agency’s clients explicitly to ensure all campaigns are completed accurately, on time and on budget

Summary of Responsibility and Duties

  • Processing a high volume of orders accurately and within deadline
  • Processing invoices for all sales transactions on WOLF (custom order system)
  • Checking prices and contracts are up-to-date if relevant
  • Supporting the Account Managers and Directors with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers
  • Dealing with, prioritising and responding to high volumes of client requests
  • Supporting across all delivery teams when required
  • Work with the Account Managers and Directors to brief media and creative
  • Ensure that communication flows effectively through the Account Management team with regards to our clients’ wants and needs
  • Discuss with clients and suppliers the details of live campaigns
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Undertake administrative tasks
  • Arrange and attend meetings at the office
