Xpress Centres – Web Design

Brief

Xpress Centres launched a rollout of a new service for fast vehicle repair. WSA was approached to deliver a website for the business and release communications for key locations under challenging constraints. The goal was to provide a booking platform for the service that would deliver new customers to the business and create buzz around the new locations.

Response

The agency responded to the brief with a web concept and build in a matter of weeks and the site launched with an immediate increase in enquiries creating a steady stream of business. The PR and Marketing Teams delivered a programme of publicity and telemarketing to generate media coverage and attendance at opening events.

Result

Generating approximately 8,000 enquiries in the first 18 months, the website has proven a valuable marketing asset for the business as it expands across the UK.
