Case Study

Tove Learning Trust

Brief

The client was looking to increase their brand awareness of their multi-academy trust, highlighting the trust-wide benefits to schools (i.e. continued professional development opportunities, improved educational outcomes for pupils) and aspired to create a video which encompassed the above and could be utilised as a tool for recruiting new schools and staff members to the trust.

Response

WSA decided to create a promotional video which included b-roll footage of student/teacher life at 5 different academies and interviews with key staff members and trustees on their experiences of belonging to a MAT, how Tove has helped to improve teaching and student standards and the benefits of collaborative working. Filmed over two days, the video captures the unique student identity of each academy and a multidisciplinary narrative from senior leaders and subject specialist teachers.

Result

The video debuted at the Tove Learning Trust Networking Day in September 2018 to all teachers and trustees was extremely well received. The videos are now used as a key tool for trust-wide marketing activities, along with being a key feature on the client’s website.
‘The video debut went very well, and it was a great feature the video to include in the MAT networking day. Thank you.’
‘The video is really good – well done, very professional! I like how you’ve got a story line/journey in this and managed to capture much from each school.’
