Sue Ryder – Recruitment Campaign

Brief

The client wanted a targeted campaign to reach UK nurses and tasked the agency with delivering an integrated campaign that would drive applicants to its careers pages.

Response

WSA took approved bespoke visuals and developed the theme of “Incredible Nurses” which highlighted the outstanding work that Sue Ryder Nurses undertake. The agency produced a 3 month media schedule, delivering the campaign across digital advertising networks, social media and specialist nursing journals using video, email, interstitials and static creative.

Result

Meeting the primary objective by delivering over 3,000 visitors to the bespoke landing pages, the client also enjoyed a massive boost in visibility during the campaign period with over 800,000 impressions. A cost-based ROI was provided to the client demonstrating the cost-effective nature of the digital channels that made up the bulk of the campaign.
