South Staffordshire College was facing ‘overload’ with a programme of events surrounding the launch of a redeveloped campus.

Response

At very short notice the agency stepped in to orchestrate:
• Staff evening
• Student tours
• Public Christmas event with Christmas Fayre
• VIP formal launch

This included all aspects of organisation from invitations and registration, to staffing, choreographing show rounds, creating a launch video and managing live entertainment.

Result

Successful campus launch attracting capacity attendance from students staff and stakeholder groups.
