Brief

Orchard Care Homes needed to assess overall recruitment advertising strategy. They required assistance in analysing the existing platforms they were using and clearly defining ROI. They were looking for suggestions on how to improve advert content and how to portray themselves as an employer in the recruitment marketplace.

Response

WSA worked with the client and media partners to understand activity, requirements and market challenges. Suggestions were made on how these could be improved, including a selection of new media options that would cost-effectively target the correct audience. Advert copy was re-focused and new brand guidelines were written and implemented. The campaign received input from Advertising, Design Studio, Project Management, Digital, Marketing and PR services.

Result

Orchard Care Homes now produces informed and tactical recruitment advertisements designed to optimise response, costs and quality. The business has seen a positive response on all fronts. WSA continues to work with Orchard Care Homes and has expanded the relationship in recent times to include social media management, website copy curation and branding for a new project that also requires PR services.
