The client identified the need to consolidate their brand assets and the agency was tasked with creating concepts for an employer identity, managing a schedule of multi-platform advertising and establishing a strong organically-driven social media presence.


With the employer identity approved, the next stage was to manage a busy advertising campaign and develop a social media schedule that would produce results.


Following the launch of the marketing activities, the client has seen substantial growth and engagement through managing three channels with a daily content schedule, publishing/monitoring/adjusting regular activity, audience profiles and measurement.

In the first 10 months after launch, social media results were:
• 1.68 million+ social impressions
• 13.4% social follower increase
• 17,597 social engagements
