Senior Digital Account Manager
You’re looking for the right chance to step up and make a mark. You’ve built the skillset needed to be an outstanding Account Manager, you understand digital marketing and you’re looking for an opportunity that reflects your ambition. The question is, where to next?
It’s been a challenging year, but many digital marketers and agencies have seen increasing demand and relevance. An established client base and healthy new business pipeline has meant that at WSA, digital has grown significantly in spite of challenges that face many industry sectors and agencies. Now’s the right time to further strengthen our account management team with emphasis on our digital marketing accounts and projects as we launch into 2021 on firm footing.
If you join, you’ll be surrounded by skilled practitioners and creatives who’ll support you in planning and executing campaigns that directly improve client businesses. This isn’t a role for a lone wolf, you’ll be part of a team that is interdependent and whose success depends on shared goals. Longer-term, our career progression roadmap sees Account Managers move into senior roles with direct line management responsibility.
The job is focused on clients with digitally led requirements and it’s integral to the team that you understand your field as well as your craft. In short form, this includes web, search, content and social but our work is broad. We’d love to bring someone onto to the team who enjoys discovering new ideas and methods, someone who can challenge colleagues and clients with bold thinking. We’re seeking an experienced professional that brings ambition, insight, creativity and commercial acumen – the kind of person that clients and colleagues alike enjoy working with.
In return you’ll enjoy a working culture that is open, supportive and which is geared around creating success stories. You’ll also receive a great basic, commission opportunities and development plan, alongside healthcare and generous holiday allowance.
