To be an Account Manager at WSA you’ll need a blend of outstanding organisational skills, a broad understanding of marcoms (including digital, advertising and brand marketing) as well as team skills, a client service focus and the ability to handle a variety of projects. You’ll need to get the very best from our talented creative team, work with our innovative digital team and harness the organisational power of our project management office. In short, you’re going to be the one that brings it all together and bowls the client over.
Every day offers new opportunities and challenges; you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to grow our business through strategic sales to both new and existing clients. Outstanding communications skills are essential for this role, along with excellent computer skills, high literacy levels, attention to detail and a methodical approach to developing your own database of accounts. Experience in an advertising or communications agency environment is welcomed but not essential.
